Practice Change

A major change took place On January 1st 2001. The change will, I hope, allow me to provide an even better service for visitors to our Web pages.

My former practice of Swarbrick and Co was incorporated within another local law practice. Most existing clients and matters have been taken over by Tighe & Co. Some of the commercial work was taken with me to my new firm of Wrigley Claydon in Oldham.

I now practise as a consultant with Wrigley Claydon at 29/33 Union Street Oldham OL1 HH. My telephone number 0161 624 6811 and the new fax number at Oldham is 0161 624 3743.

Please note that because of the way I will be working, it will usually be more effective to contact me os on my mobile telephone telephone number, which is 0795 457 9992. The changes will give me more time to devote to the Web pages, providing, I hope, and more rounded and better structured contend. You may already have seen some changes in appearance. I hope to be therefore to be able to develop the site as a genuine resource for those interested in the law relating to Internet and computer law and generally.

Most importantly, the new arrangements will allow me to reassure clients that matters will be dealt with by practitioners with more detailed specialist knowledge than I can bring to many areas of law.

Important: Please note that our law-bytes are retained for archival purposes only. The law changes, and these notes are often, now, out of date. You must take direct advice on your own personal situation and the law as it currently stands.
