Statements? If the case goes ahead then what is disclosed is ruled first by the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 - see

If the case does not go ahead, then no save to the extent that they count as a record about you. These need not be full statements.
The reason given may not be exactly correct, but take out what should not be disclosed and there may not be much left.
